I‘ve got to be honest. That course crushed me and I hated it for it. When I heared the multitracks for the first time, I was just astonished on how bad something can be recorded…. The recording is a complete mess BUT the course is probably the first that will properly teach you on what to do if you ever have to work with badly recorded amateur band tracks.
You get to know editing guitars and bass, replacing entire drums with midi and what to do in situations when a death metal vocalist sounds weak and undefined, and the bass strings are really toasted and dead af.
Scott emended amount of experience is inside that course but beware
It’s less a course about mixing but a course about fixing a t***.
If you‘re able to make that song sound good, I promise you that you‘ll be able to make everything sound good!

You'll never see anything like this on any of the "premium" mixing communities. This is a real example of what a mixer gets to work on day in and day out. Scott explains in detail all the issues and how to work around them to produce a result that sounds professional and modern. You'll work a sweat with this one!!
This is a tough course, if you are looking for something to just mix with little effort then this isn’t for you!
