Modern High Gain Without the Tone-Hunting Bullshit.
Barbaric 120 mkII is built for guitarists who want modern high gain without turning tone selection into an evening-long science project.
This RIT Profile was created from my ENGL Savage 120 mkII using five progressively higher-gain Neural Amp Modeler captures.
Load it once into Oracle Sound RITUAL 2, then use the GAIN knob to move smoothly through the captured range instead of treating every gain setting like a completely separate NAM profile.
The Savage 120 mkII takes the Savage formula into bigger, heavier, and more flexible territory.
It's tight, transparent, and thunderous, with enough saturation for extreme metal without sacrificing note definition.
If you need death metal, black metal, thrash, doom, or low-tuned high-gain guitars that still have separation, Barbaric 120 mkII was built for exactly that.
The pack includes:
FULL RIG RIT — finished tone, ready to play.
HEAD ONLY RIT — combine it with your own IR inside RITUAL 2.
I tested these tones with Standard E, Standard D, C# Standard, Standard B, and Drop A guitars.
Because a metal guitar tone needs to survive more than one guitar and one tuning.
There's no complicated setup.
Buy the RIT.
Load it.
Set the GAIN.
Tweak the tonestack if you want.
Play guitar.
You're not paying because NAM suddenly stopped being free.
You're paying for the real amplifier, five deliberate captures, tone decisions, IR work, testing, and a finished workflow.
Less profile hunting. More riffs.
